I wrote it assuming that you have a working knowledge of PSP and it's components.

Eye Candy 4000 Gradient Glow For Name (Optional)

Xero porcelain

 I used the artwork of Elias Chatzoudis You have to be licensed to use this
artwork and it can be purchased Now he has been at PTE but with them closing August 1, 2012 but you can buy his tube at his site here

Let Start Open up Blank Canvas 700x700

 

1.Open up your GGS_Faeries in GGS_Faeries in my Garden_SS_Garden Trellis copy and paste as new layer
Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 60, Blur 10,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.

2.Open up your GGS_Faeries in my Garden_SS_Fae Garden Gate copy and paste as new layer resize 80%
Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 60, Blur 10,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.

3.Open up your GGS_Faeries in my Garden_SS_Brick Trellis copy and paste as new layer resize 80%,
Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 60, Blur 10,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.

4.Open up your GGS_Faeries in my Garden_SS_Grassy Field copy and paste as new layer resize 70%,
Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 60, Blur 10,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.

5.Open up your GGS_Faeries in my Garden_SS_Flower Tree copy and paste as new layer resize 70%,
Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 60, Blur 10,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.

6.Open up your GGS_Faeries in my Garden_SS_Hanging Garden Sign copy and paste as new layer resize 50%,
Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 60, Blur 10,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.

7.Open up your GGS_Faeries in my Garden_SS_Standing Birdhouse 1 copy and paste as new layer resize 50%,
Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 60, Blur 10,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.

8.Open up your GGS_Faeries in my Garden_SS_Shovel copy and paste as new layer resize 60%,
Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 60, Blur 10,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.

9.Open up your GGS_Faeries in my Garden_SS_Bird 2 copy and paste as new layer resize 60%,
Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 60, Blur 10,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.

10.open up your Tube copy and paste as new layer resize 70%,Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated tube layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 4
Layers, properties, change blend mode to screen,Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 60, Blur 10,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.
Add the name and copyright info.
