I wrote it assuming that you have a working knowledge of PSP and it's components.

1.Click on your 7 select all float defloat Add new layer flood with color from kit i am using #dbd2b1,
Apply Effects- plugin filters- AAA textures with those settings  before,PhotoEffex  Scanlines
with setting,,Add Gradient Glow to your Frame layer,FAT white first and then MEDIUM in your choice of color.
Apply DropShadow Vertical & Horizontal:-0, Opacity 50, Blur 5, Shadow on new layer - unchecked .

2.Click on your 6 select all float defloat Add new layer flood with color from kit i am using #c8bcc8,
Apply Effects- plugin filters- AAA textures with those settings  before,PhotoEffex  Scanlines
with setting,before,Add Gradient Glow to your Frame layer,FAT white first and then MEDIUM in your choice of color.
Apply DropShadow Vertical & Horizontal:-0, Opacity 50, Blur 5, Shadow on new layer - unchecked .

3.Click on your 5 select all float defloat Add new layer flood with color from kit i am using #dbd2b1,

5.Open up your Close up tube copy and paste as new layer invert delete,,Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated tube layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 4
Layers, properties, change blend mode to screen,Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.

6.Open up your swirl copy and paste as new layer resize 60%X2,Duplicates Image Mirror, Image Flip,
Apply DropShadow Vertical & Horizontal:-0, Opacity 50, Blur 5, Shadow on new layer - unchecked .

7.Open up your seaweed2 copy and paste as new layer resize 60%,
Apply DropShadow Vertical & Horizontal:-0, Opacity 50, Blur 5, Shadow on new layer - unchecked .

8.Open up your wheel copy and paste as new layer resize 60%X2
Apply DropShadow Vertical & Horizontal:-0, Opacity 50, Blur 5, Shadow on new layer - unchecked .

9.Open up your flower2 copy and paste as new layer resize 60%X2
Apply DropShadow Vertical & Horizontal:-0, Opacity 50, Blur 5, Shadow on new layer - unchecked .

10.Open up your trunk copy and paste as new layer resize 60%X2
Apply DropShadow Vertical & Horizontal:-0, Opacity 50, Blur 5, Shadow on new layer - unchecked .

11.Open up your brooch copy and paste as new layer resize 60%
Apply DropShadow Vertical & Horizontal:-0, Opacity 50, Blur 5, Shadow on new layer - unchecked .

12.Open up your bubbles copy and paste as new layer resize 60%
Apply DropShadow Vertical & Horizontal:-0, Opacity 50, Blur 5, Shadow on new layer - unchecked .

 Mura's Filter Meister

 *Scrap kit Of Choice*
No Scraps

1.Open up  your tube copy and paste as new layer resize 70%  Apply Mura's Filter Meister With setting below,
Edit  Repeat  Apply Mura's Filter Meister With setting Above.

2.Go back to your tube layer Adjust Blur Motion Blur with these setting below, Effect Edge effects Enhance

3.Apply Blinds

4,Duplicates Your Back ground, Apply Filter Factory H_Zoom Blur With setting Below,, Then Apply Noise with setting below,
then sharpen change Bleed Mode Overlay

5.Open up frame I made copy and paste as new layer Open up your Tube copy and paste as new layer,Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated tube layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 4
Layers, properties, change blend mode to screen,Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.

Frame you needed

6.Merge down All your layer apply AA Frames Foto Frame with these setting below

Add your Copy right and your Name
