♥RainDropsFalling PTU♥

 
 
This tutorial was written by me on April 1st, 2014. Any resemblance to any other tutorial is pure coincidence. Please DO NOT claim this tutorial as your own or post it to any other blog or website without permission from me. It was written for PSP X, but should be compatible with any version of PSP. I wrote it assuming that you have a working knowledge of PSP and it's components. 
SUPPLIES:
Plug-in used
Eye Candy 4000 Gradient Glow For Name (Optional)
Eyecandy 5 – Textures: Stone Wall
VDL Adrenaline-Snowflakes
 *Scrapkit Of Choice*
I used a PTU kit by Wicked Princess Called 
Rain Drops Falling On My Head buy it at purchased here

Let Start 
Open up Blank Canvas 800x800
1.Open up your WP_RDF_WINDOW copy and paste as new layer resize 70%,Take your magic wand click inside your Window,Expand by 10, Add new layer flood with #94a7b8,
Apply 3D Effects Texture Effect Texture Look for Bricks Below.Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 60, Blur 10,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.


2.Open up your WP_RDF_TREE take your magic wand click inside one of window Resize your Element 70%,selections invert delete,
Adjust Sharpen,
Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 60, Blur 10,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.
3.Open up your WP_RDF_TREE3 take your magic wand click inside other side  of window Resize your Element 70%,selections invert delete,
Adjust Sharpen,
Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 60, Blur 10,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.
4.Open up your WP_RDF_waterPlace under your window move up little bit Click on your Background select all float defloat, go back to your
element Selections invert delete,
Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 60, Blur 10,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.
5.This part we going add 4 layers for rain name the layeres rain 1-4
Apply VDL Adrenaline snowflake with these setting

98,0,15,48,0,Color White Below and add 3 raster and On first blank layer,
click Effects-Plugins-VDL Adrenaline-Snowflakes and use these settings:
Next blank up, Snowflakes again and only change the random to 8,
next blank up Snowflakes again and only change random to 12,
next blank up Snowflakes again and change random to 16. Keep selected. On first snow layer
click Adjust-Blur-Motion Blur with these settings: Angle 0, Strength 24.Next
layer up blur again and change strength to 28, Next layer
up blur again and change strength to 32, Next layer up blur again and
change strength to 36.
Deselect. Close off visibility of top 3 snowflake layers.
Your layer palette should have all of the tag visible with only one animated layer showing,

the other ones should have red Xs showing they are not visible.

6.Open up your WP_RDF_UMBRELLABRANCH copy and paste as new layer resize 70%
Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 60, Blur 10,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.
7.Open up your WP_RDF_GIRL3 copy and paste as new layer resize 70%
Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 60, Blur 10,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.
8.Open up your WP_RDF_FROG copy and paste as new layer resize 50%
Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 60, Blur 10,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.

9.Open up your WP_RDF_DOG copy and paste as new layer resize 50%
Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 60, Blur 10,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.

Add the name and copyright info.

♥Animation Shop♥

Your layer palette should have all of the tag visible with only one animated layer showing,

the other ones should have red Xs showing they are not visible.

Click Edit-Copy Merged, go into Animation Shop and click Edit-Paste-As New Animation.

Then back in PSP, close visibility on the first animated layer and open visibility on the next animated layer,

again Click Edit-Copy Merged, then go into Animation Shop and right click on the image you just pasted there and

choose Paste-After Current Frame. Repeat this for each animated layer and making sure each time in Animation Shop that you paste the new copy after the last frame

of the image ther
