This tutorial was written by me on September 1th 2014. Any resemblance to any other tutorial is pure coincidence. I wrote it assuming that you have a working knowledge of PSP and it's components.

Eye Candy 4000 Gradient Glow For Name (Optional)

  Xero porcelain

Xero:fritillary

*Scrapkit Of Choice*

 I am using the Awesome PTU kit "SchoolTimeMemories - Tagger " by  Creative Scraps by Crys

Open New Canvas 600x250

1.Select all Open up your STM_Paper_7 copy and paste into selections Duplicates  Adjust Blur Motion Blur with these setting below, Effect Edge effects Enhance
On your Duplicates layer,Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated Paper layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 3.00,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to Soft Light ,Apply Xero:fritillary with  setting below

2.Open up your STM_Frame_2 select all float defloat Modify select selections Borders with setting below
Apply Noise to your Border with setting below, Take your magic wand click inside your frames Expand by 10, add new layer flood fill with your
STM_Paper_7 Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated Paper layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 3.00,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to Soft Light ,

3.Open up your Tube Copy and paste as new layer resize 60%,Duplicates Image Mirror,Merge down Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated Paper layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 3.00,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to Soft Light ,Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 1, Opacity 50, Blur 5,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.

4.Open up your STM_Element_4,Copy and paste as new layer resize 60%,Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated Paper layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 3.00,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to Soft Light ,Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 1, Opacity 50, Blur 5,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.


5.Open up your STM_Element_10,Copy and paste as new layer resize 50%,Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated Paper layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 3.00,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to Soft Light ,Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 1, Opacity 50, Blur 5,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.


6.Open up your STM_Element_14,Copy and paste as new layer resize 50%,Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated Paper layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 3.00,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to Soft Light ,

7.Open up your STM_Element_62,Copy and paste as new layer resize 70% Duplicates image mirror, Merge down,Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated Paper layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 3.00,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to Soft Light ,

8.Open up your STM_Element_7,Copy and paste as new layer resize 40%,Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated Paper layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 3.00,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to Soft Light ,

9.Open up your STM_Element_8,Copy and paste as new layer resize 40%,Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated Paper layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 3.00,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to Soft Light ,

10.Open up your STM_Element_9,Copy and paste as new layer resize 40%,Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated Paper layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 3.00,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to Soft Light ,


11.Open up your STM_Element_52,Copy and paste as new layer resize 50%,Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated Paper layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 3.00,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to Soft Light ,

12.Select all, Selections - Modify - Select Selection Borders, inside 6
Add a new raster Open Up your STM_Paper_7  copy and paste into selections,

 ,Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated Paper layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 3.00,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to Soft Light ,

Add Noise same noise before.

13. Select all, Selections - Modify - Select Selection Borders, inside 3
Add a new raster Open Up your STM_Paper_6  copy and paste into selections,

 ,Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated Paper layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 3.00,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to Soft Light ,

Add Noise same noise before.

Add copyrights and a name. Save
