I wrote it assuming that you have a working knowledge of PSP and it's components.

Open up your Template

Duplicates (Shift +D)

Close other template out.

 

1.Open up your sgrd_stepintospring_leaves03 Copy and Paste as new layer resize 40%, Duplicates Image Flip,Merge Together,
Duplicates again Image Mirror,(Refer MyTag),Apply DropShadow Vertical & Horizontal:-0, Opacity 50, Blur 5, Shadow on new layer - unchecked .

2.Click on your scalloped edge rectangle select all float defloat Open up your Paper 9 invert delete,
Effects- plugin filters- AAA textures with those settings below,PhotoEffex  Scanlines
with setting,below,Add Gradient Glow to your Frame layer,FAT white first and then MEDIUM in your choice of color.

Apply DropShadow Vertical & Horizontal:-0, Opacity 50, Blur 5, Shadow on new layer - unchecked .

3.Click on your smaller rectangle select all float defloat Open up your Paper 9 invert delete.

4.Open up your sgrd_stepintospring_fence Copy and Paste as new layer Resize 60%, Then take your Pick tool Move down little
look like Mine (tag Refer),Apply DropShadow Vertical & Horizontal:-0, Opacity 50, Blur 5, Shadow on new layer - unchecked .

5.Open up your sgrd_stepintospring_tree01 Copy and Paste as new layer Resize 60%, go back to your
smaller Rectangle select all float defloat, go back to your Tree Layer invert delete,
Apply DropShadow Vertical & Horizontal:-0, Opacity 50, Blur 5, Shadow on new layer - unchecked .

6.Open up your sgrd_stepintospring_tree02 Copy and Paste as new layer Resize 60%, go back to your
smaller Rectangle select all float defloat, go back to your Tree Layer invert delete,
Apply DropShadow Vertical & Horizontal:-0, Opacity 50, Blur 5, Shadow on new layer - unchecked .

7.Open up your sgrd_stepintospring_rainbow01 Copy and Paste as new layer Resize 50%x3,
Apply DropShadow Vertical & Horizontal:-0, Opacity 50, Blur 5, Shadow on new layer - unchecked .

8.Open up your sgrd_stepintospring_hotairballoon02 Copy and Paste as new layer Resize 50%x3,
Apply DropShadow Vertical & Horizontal:-0, Opacity 50, Blur 5, Shadow on new layer - unchecked .

9.Open up your sgrd_stepintospring_frog02 Copy and Paste as new layer Resize 50%, Duplicates Image Mirror
Apply DropShadow Vertical & Horizontal:-0, Opacity 50, Blur 5, Shadow on new layer - unchecked .

10.Open up your sgrd_stepintospring_birdhouse01 Copy and Paste as new layer Resize 50% x3,
Apply DropShadow Vertical & Horizontal:-0, Opacity 50, Blur 5, Shadow on new layer - unchecked .

11.Open up your sgrd_stepintospring_bird07 Copy and Paste as new layer Resize 50%x4,
Apply DropShadow Vertical & Horizontal:-0, Opacity 50, Blur 5, Shadow on new layer - unchecked .

12.Click on your large rectangle select all float defloat Open up your Paper6 invert delete,
Effects- plugin filters- AAA textures with those settings below,PhotoEffex  Scanlines
with setting,Before,Add Gradient Glow to your Frame layer,FAT white first and then MEDIUM in your choice of color.
Apply DropShadow Vertical & Horizontal:-0, Opacity 50, Blur 5, Shadow on new layer - unchecked .

13.Open up your tube copy and paste as new Layer resize 80%,Apply DropShadow Vertical & Horizontal:-0, Opacity 50, Blur 5, Shadow on new layer - unchecked .

14.Open up your sgrd_stepintospring_rabbit01 and sgrd_stepintospring_rabbit02  Copy and Paste as new layer Resize 40% then 60%,
Apply DropShadow Vertical & Horizontal:-0, Opacity 50, Blur 5, Shadow on new layer - unchecked .
