4.Click on your Grey Foreground select all float defloat,Open up your tube select all float defloat invert delete,Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated tube layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 4
Layers, properties, change blend mode to screen,Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.

5.Open up your Element_16 copy and paste as new layer duplicates image mirror,
Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.

6.Open up your Element_29 copy and paste as new layer duplicates image mirror,
Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.

7.Open up your Element_49 copy and paste as new layer duplicates image mirror,

Open up your Paper_04  select invert delete Apply Xero Fritillary default setting,
Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 60, Blur 10,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.

7.Open up your Element_44 copy and paste as new layer,duplicates image mirror,Click on your Inner Background select all float defloat,
select invert delete, on both,

8.Open up your Element_25 copy and paste as new layer,duplicates image mirror,Click on your Inner Background select all float defloat,
select invert delete, on both,

9.Open up your Element_18 copy and paste as new layer,duplicates image mirror,Click on your Inner Background select all float defloat,
select invert delete, Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated tube layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 4
Layers, properties, change blend mode to screen,merge down change blend mood to soft light, duplicates image mirror
Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 60, Blur 10,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.

10.Open up your Element_09 copy and paste as new layer,resize 40%,
Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 60, Blur 10,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.

Animation Shop
Duplicates your Black Lines((white lines))))

Apply bright noise with setting below on First Layer

Second layer with setting below

Third layer with setting below,

Merge down copy and paste as new Image,
 Then back in PSP, close visibility on the first animated layer and open visibility on the next animated layer, again Click Edit-Copy Merged, then go into Animation Shop and right click on the image you just pasted there and choose Paste-After Current Frame.
Repeat this for each animated layer and making sure each time in Animation Shop that you paste the new copy after the last frame of the image there

Add a new raster and flood fill it white

2.Add new layer,Select all, Selections - Modify - Select Selection Borders, inside 5 Flood with color from kit

Apply DropShadow Vertical & Horizontal:-0, Opacity 50, Blur 5, Shadow on new layer - unchecked .

3.Open up your Tube Copy and paste as new layer, Apply Mura's Filter Meister With setting below,
Duplicates Mirror Merge Down, Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur - Radius -10,
Then Apply Filter Facory G - Xaggerated Filter with setting below,

4.Open up your tube copy and paste as new layer resize 70%,Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated tube layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 4
Layers, properties, change blend mode to screen,Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.

5.Open up your Element9 copy and paste as new layer resize 30% Duplicates Image Mirror,
Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.

6.Open up your Element15 copy and paste as new layer resize 30% Duplicates Image Mirror,

Apply Effect - Edge Effects - Enhance More,

Apply Xero-Soft Vignette with settings below
Apply DropShadow Vertical & Horizontal:-0, Opacity 50, Blur 5, Shadow on new layer - unchecked .

4.Open up your tube resize 70%  ,Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated tube layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 4
Layers, properties, change blend mode to screen,Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.
Apply DropShadow Vertical & Horizontal:-0, Opacity 50, Blur 5, Shadow on new layer - unchecked .

5. Now you can add your white rectangles by using your rectangle tool
Draw out your rectangle.Convert to raster layer Change the opacity to about 50
Selections Select all Selections Modify Selection borders -both sides -width1
Add new layer flood with white Add noise of choice
Select none
Apply DropShadow Vertical & Horizontal:-0, Opacity 50, Blur 5, Shadow on new layer - unchecked .

6.Open up your Element_62 copy and paste as new layer resize 50% duplicates Image Mirror,
Apply DropShadow Vertical & Horizontal:-0, Opacity 50, Blur 5, Shadow on new layer - unchecked .

7.Open up your Element_65 copy and paste as new layer resize 50% duplicates Image Mirror,
