I wrote it assuming that you have a working knowledge of PSP and it's components.

Open up template in supplies

1.Open up your hpd_FEFR_El44 copy and paste as new layer, apply Mura meister copies with these setting below, go to your click on your LeftRectangle select all float defloat invert delete,
Duplicate Adjust/Blur/Gaussian Blur: Radius: 5, then apply Brush Strokes – Crosshatch with setting below,
Click on your LeftRectangle flood with with your wall paper that you done select add new layer  flood with color from Kit modify select selections Borders
with these setting below, add noise with these setting below Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 60, Blur 10,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.

2.Open up your hpd_FEFR_El44 copy and paste as new layer, apply Mura meister copies with these setting before, go to your click on your RightRectangle select all float defloat invert delete,
Duplicate Adjust/Blur/Gaussian Blur: Radius: 5, then apply Brush Strokes – Crosshatch with setting before,
Click on your LeftRectangle flood with with your wall paper that you done select add new layer  flood with color from Kit modify select selections Borders
with these setting before, add noise with these setting before Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 60, Blur 10,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.

3.Open up your hpd_FEFR_El44 copy and paste as new layer, apply Mura meister copies with these setting before, go to your click on your Top Rectangle select all float defloat invert delete,

Click on your LeftRectangle flood with with your wall paper that you done select add new layer  flood with color from Kit modify select selections Borders

4.Open up your hpd_FEFR_El10 copy and paste as new layer go back to your Top Rectangle select all float defloat invert delete,
Duplicate Image Mirror,Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 60, Blur 10,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.

5.Open up your hpd_FEFR_El19 copy and paste as new layer go back to your Top Rectangle select all float defloat invert delete,
Duplicate Image Mirror,Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 60, Blur 10,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.

6.Open up your hpd_FEFR_El44 copy and paste as new layer, apply Mura meister copies with these setting before, Open up your hpd_FEFR_El17 copy and paste as new layer resize 60%, take magic wand selections modify expand by 10, selections invert delete,
Duplicate Adjust/Blur/Gaussian Blur: Radius: 5, then apply Brush Strokes – Crosshatch with setting before,
Open up your tube select all float defloat invert delete,Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated tube layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 4
Layers, properties, change blend mode to screen,Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.

7.Open up your hpd_FEFR_El20 copy and paste as new layer resize 70%,

8.Open up your hpd_FEFR_El30 copy and paste as new layer resize 60%,Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.

9.Open up your hpd_FEFR_El24 copy and paste as new layer resize 60%,Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.

10.Open up your hpd_FEFR_El31 copy and paste as new layer resize 60%,Duplicate Image Mirror,
Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.

11.Open up your hpd_FEFR_El47 copy and paste as new layer resize 60%,Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.

12.Open up your hpd_FEFR_El57 copy and paste as new layer resize 50%,Duplicate Image Mirror,
Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.
