I wrote it assuming that you have a working knowledge of PSP and it's components.

Eye Candy 4000 Gradient Glow For Name (Optional)

 Xero porcelain

 Eye Candy 5 Nature Snow Drift

 1.Take your rectangle tool draw out rectangle 346 x260 Objects align center in Cavas,convert into raster select all float defloat Open up your
Image, Take your freehand selections Bottom of your Image where snow part is Duplicates your Image 3 times total 4, Apply Eye Candy 5 Nature Snow Drift
With setting below then Hit random seeds on you 4 image.

2.Take your rectangle tool draw out rectangle thin Rectangle Convert into raster duplicates Image Mirror,Image Mirro,Merge down select all float defloat
Open up your Paper_12,Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated winter screen layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 3.00,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to screen.Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.,
then Apply Eye Candy 5 Nature Snow Drift same setting but dont have change your random seeds


3.Open up your Element_18 Copy and paste as new layer resize 70% Move down under your Thin Rectangle,Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated winter screen layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 3.00,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to screen.Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.,

4.Open up your Element_19 Copy and paste as new layer resize 70% Move down under your Thin Rectangle,Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated winter screen layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 3.00,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to screen.Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.,

5.Open up your Element_31 Copy and paste as new layer resize 70% Move down under your Thin Rectangle,Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated winter screen layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 3.00,

6.Open up your Element_31 Copy and paste as new layer resize 70% Move down under your Thin Rectangle,Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated winter screen layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 3.00,

7.Open up your Element_57 Copy and paste as new layer resize 60%,Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated winter screen layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 3.00,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to screen.Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.,

8.Open up your Element_37 Copy and paste as new layer resize 30% duplicates 2 more times place them on tree, Merge down,Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated winter screen layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 3.00,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to screen.Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.,

9.Open up your Element_37 Copy and paste as new layer resize 30% duplicates 2 more times place them on tree, Merge down,Apply Xero porcelain set at 50/128/128/0/0/255,On the duplicated winter screen layer, adjust, blur, Gaussian Blur set to 3.00,
Layers, properties, change blend mode to screen.Apply DropShadow..Vertical & Horizontal 0, Opacity 50, Blur 5,Shadow on new layer - unchecked.,
Apply Eye Candy 5 Nature Snow Drift same setting but dont have change your random seeds

  Add the name and copyright info. ♥
♥Animation Shop♥
Open up Animation Shop.
Edit/Paste/As New Animation.
Back in PSP.
Close out Snow 1 layer.
Open up snow2 layer.
Copy Merge
Carry into AS.
Edit/Paste/After Current Frame.
do this untill you have all your 4 tag
play the animation and save if you like!♥
